- Any items that have been used
- Any items that are not returned within 7 days after delivery.
- Any items not purchased directly through our website - www.nailstaple.com
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text message that we have received the item/s and is subject for approval before we can process any refund.
DEFECTS / DAMAGED ITEMS
- For any glitters related items, please note that glitter placement will differ for every piece. This will not be considered a defect.
- Actual colors shown may vary on different screens as different devices have different specifications. This will not be considered a defect.
- Items with slight imperfections which do not affect the overall appearance or usage of item will not be considered a defect.
- Any item purchased during a sale or discounted items through promotional codes are strictly non-refundable
- You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We require a tracking number for items that are being returned. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
