Our standard delivery usually takes 1-3 business days in Metro Manila and 2-7 business days in Provincial after your order has been shipped. However, please allow 1-2 days processing for your order before we're able to ship it out.
- Please note that all orders are sent from Monday - Saturday only (excluding holidays)
Note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays in the Philippines.
- During holidays, especially December, please expect possible delays on delivery of your orders.
We ship through a 3rd party courier therefore, any delays on delivery is already beyond our control. Please contact the courier directly to follow up.
SHIPPING TIMES AND TRACKING
All items will be delivered via J&T / JRS / Gogo Express / LBC. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with the courier.
- Please note that once we have shipped your package, we have zero control on the delivery schedule by the courier. Please contact them directly for any concerns about delays or schedules.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received any email, you may message us at @nailstaple.ph on Instagram.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.
It is your responsibility to provide the complete delivery address with your barangay for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods if delivery fails.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the courier, we will contact you via SMS or email to arrange redelivery once we receive it. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for return to sender fees. Additional shipping fees for redelivery will be paid by the customer.
ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
Our couriers have online tools that can be used to track your parcel once it is shipped out. We encourage customers to track their parcels. Nail Staple is not responsible for the failure of delivery or lost items by these couriers. However, please let us know so we can see if we can assist. Please note that we are not able to refund for customers who choose to ship without insurance if package has been stolen or lost by the courier.
Customers who have paid for SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE will get full refunds in the event of items lost by the courier, or other failed deliveries by the courier.
